Started in 2017 by a team with combined 30 years of experience in the validation business. TRS is a small and growing company serving the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry, with a focus on assisting customers in achieving regulatory compliance and minimising deviations.
The team is familiar with the best-in-class product solutions from Kaye, since the times of the Kaye Digistrip and Validator KL.
They have had the privilege to be part of the original group which managed the representation, sales and services for the Kaye brand-name in Singapore since the early 2000's.
Previously, the team had also participated in growing the Kaye business to a 90% brand penetration in the local customer base in Singapore, and about 60% in Indonesia, over a period of about 12 years.
Business Approach
With a strong application knowledge, solid metrological and technical background in a GDP/GMP environment, this team looks to push ahead in Singapore and the SEA region, to educate and assist customers in maintaining regulatory compliance in their operations.
In the process, we want to continue the positioning of Kaye as the best-in-class for validation and monitoring equipment, and to focus on sales of core (old and new!) products, but not forgetting the important accessories segment, rental services (leveraging on the Kaye rental fleet), and monitoring solutions of LabWatch.
By utilising value-added activities such as manpower solutions, applications and on-the-ground problem solving activities, equipment rental, fast service turnaround and technical/GMP advisory, we will continue to place ourselves and Kaye as the go-to solutions provider for our customers.
In addition, we are serving customers in other industries as the go-to vendor for challenging applications in the temperature and humidity measurands. Customers like NMC, DNV GL, Building Construction Authority of Singapore, and other certification bodies also regularly engage us to provide engineering solutions for their challenges. This allows us to position ourselves as the top-tier expertise vendor for challenging temperature or humidity type projects.
